Jay Degioia, Seminole Dining’s District Manager, has this to say about the renovations plan, “I am honored to be a part of such a momentous change on campus regarding campus dining. Seminole Dining has grown tremendously in the past year and my team and I are ready to completely revamp our look and give every one of our guests the immaculate dining experience they deserve.”

Since Sodexo Inc.’s acquisition of Seminole Dining early last Fall, many advancements have taken place concerning culinary superiority, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. These renovations across campus will enhance the overall dining experience on campus so Florida State can become a preeminent campus dining institution.
