TALLAHASSEE Fla. - Recently, Travis Johnson, Executive Culinary Director of Seminole Dining for Sodexo, was featured in the month of March in InHarvest’s Foodservice-Events Calendar for J-Street Grill’s own signature vegetarian Seminole Burger. J-Street is one of five micro-restaurants housed at 1851; Florida State University’s newest preeminent dining destination.
