The Suwannee Room features a diverse menu in an updated historic setting where you can enjoy a great meal at the heart of FSU’s campus. The open-kitchen layout allows you to watch chefs prepare meals and desserts right in front of you at more than a half dozen culinary stations, such as the Chef’s Table, Deli, Grill, Homestyle, Pizza-Pasta and Soup-Salad bars. The dining hall provides meal options for everyone, including Mindful recipes that are low-calorie, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, peanut-free and tree-nut-free
Fun Fact: The Suwannee Room opened in 1913 and underwent an extensive renovation in 2018. The update, while preserving historical features, created a modern venue where diners can enjoy food and friendship in a comfortable environment.
