4 Rivers Smokehouse, located at the Honors, Scholars, and Fellows House in the heart of campus overlooking Landis Green, serves up slow-cooked barbecue. The restaurant’s renowned barbecue is served on sandwiches, signature stackers or dinner plates. Homestyle sides include mac and cheese, coleslaw, Texas cornbread and more. Be sure to check out Tacos on Tuesdays and the Brown Bag Special, which gives you a choice of pulled pork, sliced pork or grilled chicken with chips and a drink.

Fan Favorites: Customers can choose from a half dozen different sandwiches, including pulled pork, pulled chicken, grilled chicken, turkey and brisket. The “Spud Love” is a loaded baked potato with your choice of meat. The “Pitmaster Combo” comes with a choice of four meats, two sides and cornbread.
Fun Fact: Owner John Rivers, who operates more than a dozen 4 Rivers Smokehouse restaurants across Florida and Georgia, opened the first one in an old transmission shop in Winter Park in 2009. His signature barbecue recipe and homestyle sides were so popular, Rivers soon expanded his business to new locations.
